SC-C80 Benchtop Conveyor System

Benchtop Conveyor System with 220mm wide conveyor belt. Adaptable to a wide range of processes. The SC-C80 is capable of auto-focus, and has a built-in auto-square-pixel facility through real-time automatic speed adjustment. The system can operate in either single or dual-camera mode, with simultaneous data acquisition giving users a unique advantage. ClydeHSI SC-C80 systems are quick and easy to set up on standard tables, and can acquire high resolution spectral images in seconds. All scanners can hold up to two spectral cameras at a time with multiple configurations available. Fully compatible with all of our hyperspectral cameras and fully operated - by both experienced and new users - through our unique spectraSENS software.

Translation Series scanners

ClydeHSI Translation Series scanners are complete, integrated solutions that are pre-configured for area scanning over A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1 sized areas. All units comprise motorised camera support arm which is height adjustable via software, with with sensors for automatic speed setting for square pixels. Sample holders for documents, books, paintings, and other objects in various applicational fields are also available from ClydeHSI. Built-in Spectralon white tile for automatic 100% reflection measurement, and built-in focus tile to check image focus automatically for all cameras before measurement. Optional high-resolution 2D camera for conventional photography and survey use. Fully compatible with all of our hyperspectral cameras and fully operated - by both experienced and new users - through our unique spectraSENS software.

SC-PT Pan and Tilt

ClydeHSI SC-PT Pan and Tilt Hyperspectral Scanning Systems are complete, transportable, hyperspectral scanning systems, designed for scanning objects and large scenes in hard to reach places at high speed and high resolution. Automatic spherical-to-rectangular coordinate transformation. Operates in both single and dual-camera modes within the spectral range from UV to SWIR (300-2500nm). The system is tripod mountable and can be supplied with an airline check-in friendly case, and includes spectral camera(s), SC-PT Series scanning system, illumination system, high performance computer, and all data acquisition, display, and analysis software, plus unlimited technical support from ClydeHSI. All SC-PT Series scanners have auto-exposure, auto- frame rate and scan motion correction, as well as laser target finding systems and time-of-flight sensors for accurate region-of-interest selection across full measurement area. User interchangeable fore-optics with automatic lens magnification correction for all hyperspectral camera and objective lens configurations.

Microscope Scanner

The ClydeHSI microscope scanner is a unique multi-modal capable instrument that permits both light and dark field microscopy, transmission miscroscopy, as well as luminescence and polarisation studies for sample bi-refringence. The system has a motorised nosepiece for ease of use, with wide spectral range objectives as well as automatic mode change facilities. Robotic auto-loader allows automatic high-resolution scanning of up to 6 A4 sized samples in one session - no user monitoring required. The system offers versatility and high precision, operating within the 400 - 1700 nm spectral range with spatial resolution ≤1 μm - ideal for applications with colour and materials identification needs.

SC-XYZ Series Hyperspectral Scanning System

ClydeHSI SC-XYZ Series Hyperspectral Scanning Systems are complete, transportable, high precision, all-in-one hyperspectral scanning systems, designed for scanning objects up to 6m x 6m, with a spectral range from UV to SWIR (300-2500nm). The system can be supplied with a custom flight case, and includes spectral camera(s), SC-XY Series scanning system, illumination system, high performance computer and all data acquisition, display, and analysis software. 4 locking wheels and stands for easy maneuverability and stability. Collapsible and detachable Y-axis scanning plane for easy transportation to wherever the application demands. Can be deployed with ClydeHSI Zm Macro Stage attachment for real-time measurement and adjustment of stand-off distance from target to accommodate varying sample depths caused by surface texture and object curvatures.
